JEFF BLACK
President
Jeff Black has over 25 year's experience of real
estate development and construction management.
Mr. Black earned his degree in mechanical
and electrical engineering at the National
Association of Power Engineers in Washington, DC.
His responsibilities include operations and staffing
for both offices, managing projects directly and
indirectly through project managers and superintendents
to ensure quality construction and timely
deliveries. He takes part in all owner contract
negotiations and oversees marketing and development
of project leads. He is an active member in
NAIOP, on the membership committee and active in DCBIA.
In addition he manages daily office and field operations including preconstruction budgets, project bids and construction schedules. He ensures that company policy and procedures are followed by both office and field.
